My Methodology
My work is focused on rebuilding the physiological and psychological foundations that support a high performance life.
I’m an Australian clinical naturopath and self mastery coach specialising in metabolic health, fatigue, stress physiology, sleep, behaviour change, and performance-focused health optimisation.
My approach draws from clinical nutrition and herbal pharmacology, behavioural science, and performance physiology, with a focus on building systems that hold under real world conditions.
For most of my life, I over analysed, under executed, self medicated, self sabotaged, and always found myself back where I started.
I eventually came to understand that rebuilding requires structure and precision. It requires the right lens through which to examine ourselves, alongside an understanding of the physiological conditions that influence behaviour and change.
The work I do now is grounded in that shift.
