For most of my life, I over-analysed, under-executed, self-medicated, self-sabotaged, and always found myself back where I started.

I eventually understood that real change requires the right lens — one that accounts for both the physiological conditions that drive behaviour, and the internal patterns that quietly shape your outcomes.

The work I do now is grounded in that shift.

I'm an Australian clinical naturopath and self-mastery coach specialising in metabolic health, fatigue, stress physiology, and performance optimisation.

My approach draws from clinical nutrition, herbal pharmacology, behavioural science, and performance physiology — built into systems that hold under real-world conditions.

This is not about motivation. It's about building systems that hold even when motivation doesn't.
